Chi sono

Luca Arnaboldi is the Senior Partner of Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato. He has been with Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato since the beginning of his career. Has advised on several prominent cross-border mergers and acquisitions in Italy and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Finance Department.

Luca Arnaboldi is a professor of intellectual property at LIUC, University of Castellanza. He has been a lecturer at various courses and seminars, at the University of Milan, Milan’s Polytechnic University, the L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome, the European School of Economics and the Adam Smith Society of London, and has lectured at numerous conferences.

Luca Arnaboldi is also a reserve officer with Italy’s tax police and a chartered accountant, and holds board of directors or supervisory board positions with several, public and private, Italian and international companies. He is also a regular speaker at various conferences on different financial and economic subjects.

Luca Arnaboldi is named in the Euromoney Guides to the World's Leading Real Estate Lawyers 2007 and to the World's Leading Corporate Governance Lawyers 2007. He is recognized as a leading Corporate/M&A lawyer by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe in their 2007 editions. According to PLC Which Lawyer Yearbook 2007 he is highly recommended in Corporate/M&A and recommended in Media and Telecommunications. Luca Arnaboldi is also listed by European Legal Experts 2007 as an expert in Corporate and Commercial Law.

He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1989.

Representative Experience
* Assisted an investment bank as the global coordinator of the privatization of the then state-owned telecom operator.
* Advised a major international broadcasting group on the formation of a joint-venture with the Italian largest media operator.
* Advised a large kitchen manufacturer and supplier in its initial public offering.
* Advised a multimedia publishing group in its initial public offering.
* Advised a prime shipment company in its initial public offering.
* Advised a European private equity firm on its acquisition of an Italian packaging supplier from a public company.
* Advised a consortium of financial investors on the acquisition of 100% of a medical diagnostic equipment company from a major Italian diagnostics group.
* Assisted a primary Italian banking group in negotiating a joint venture agreement in the real estate facility management industry.
* Assisted a consortium of four Italian banks in the acquisition of 198 branches from a leading Italian banking group.
